- How quickly do you reply?
- Most messages get an answer within two working days. Bug reports that break a wheel are handled first.
- Can you build a custom wheel for my class or channel?
- Often, yes. Send the list of options and how you would use it — popular requests become permanent ready-made wheels on the site.
- I found a wheel that lands on the wrong result. What do you need?
- Tell us the page, your browser, how many options were on the wheel and what it showed versus what it should have shown. A screenshot helps enormously.
- Do you accept advertising or sponsorship?
- We run standard display advertising. For direct sponsorship or a partnership, use the advertising topic and include your site or audience details.
