This policy explains what Smart Picker Wheel (smartpickerwheel.com) collects when you use the site, why, and what control you have. In short: we do not ask who you are, and the wheels you build never leave your device.

Information you give us

The only information you actively send us is what you type into the contact and feedback form. That message opens in your own email client and is delivered to us by email, so we receive your message, your email address and anything else you choose to include. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.

Wheels, options and saved lists

Wheel options, saved wheels, spin history and your sound and slice-limit preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data deletes them permanently. Share links encode the wheel inside the URL itself — anyone with that link can see those options, so do not put confidential information in a shared wheel.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which tools people use and where the site is slow. It records page views and a small number of anonymous events (a spin, a copied share link, an embed). We do not record the contents of your wheels or your results in any way that identifies you. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before we see any report.

Advertising

The site is funded by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors at aboutads.info. Full details of the cookies involved are in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to it. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what is collected and to opt out of any sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information. Because we hold no account data, most requests concern email correspondence, which we will delete on request.

Children

The site is widely used in classrooms but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Teachers can use every tool without any student entering personal information.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
