By using Smart Picker Wheel you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

Using the site

Every tool is free to use for personal, educational and commercial purposes — classroom name draws, livestream giveaways, team stand-ups and client workshops are all fine. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at volume, or present it as your own product.

Embedding

You may embed any wheel in your own site, blog or learning platform using the embed code we provide, including on pages that carry advertising. You may not remove or obscure the link back to Smart Picker Wheel inside the embed, and you may not wrap the embed in a paywall presented as your own tool.

Fairness and results

Spins are drawn from your browser's cryptographic random source and are, to the best of our knowledge, unbiased. However, the tools are provided for entertainment and convenience. They are not certified random number generators and must not be used for gambling, lotteries, legal draws, regulated prize promotions or any purpose where a certified RNG is required.

Your content

The options you enter stay in your browser. You are responsible for what you type, and for anything you publish in a share link or embed. Do not enter personal data about other people without their consent.

Availability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or remove any tool at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Picker Wheel is not liable for any loss arising from a decision made using a wheel, from the unavailability of the site, or from any indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

The site design, code, copy and branding belong to Smart Picker Wheel. The results of your spins and the option lists you create are yours.
